In addition to the Crew Benefits mentioned above, we offer:
- Health Insurance
Medical and dental insurance is available for purchase by team members who have been employed a minimum of 90 days. McDonald's pays a portion of the monthly premium. This is done on a pre-tax basis through authorized payroll deductions. Team members must be 18 years of age or living independently to qualify.
- Paid Vacation
After one year, employees are eligible for a paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week. Salaried Managers receive two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service.
- Training and Development
Employees of McDonald's are provided the tools they need to develop personally and professionally. Working at McDonald's gives employees skills such as: time management, customer service, responsibility, problem solving and team building.
- Free Meals
Any manager who works five or more hours is entitled to a free meal during their shift.
