After one year, employees are eligible for a paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week. Salaried Managers receive two weeks of paid vacation after one year of service.

Salaried Managers recieve Thanksgiving and Christmas as paid holidays.

The Cash Incentive Plan is an important part of total compensaiton for restaurant management. This program represents variable compensation paid in cash payments, with rewards determined by the restaurant's success in Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC), guest counts, profit and people.
