    After one year, employees are eligible for a paid vacation if they average working 25 hours or more per week. Salaried Managers receive two weeks of paid vacation after five year of service.

    McDonald's Profit Sharing and Savings Plan consists of a 401(k) that lets you save on a tax-deffered basis for your future. McDonald's adds a match on a portion of your savings, and may add a discretionary profit sharing match. McDonald's will match your contributions with $1 for each $1 you contribute on the first 6% of pay you put in the plan, You may choose from nine investment funds and you are always 100% vested in your account.
