Where will your school get the funds to pay for necessary books, equipment or basic supplies not covered in your budget? How will your students raise money for that anticipated year-end project or field trip? You may not have an immediate answer to these questions, but your local McDonald's Restaurant does: McDonald's McTeacher's Night! The McDonald's McTeacher's Night is a special fundraising event at McDonald's where school representatives (principal, teachers, PTA members, volunteers, etc.) help behind the counter and in the lobby from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. In exchange for their help, McDonald's donates 10% of the sales from that time period back to the school! At a minimum, McDonald's will donate $100 for your efforts. It's an easy and fun way to raise money for your school. Students will come out in droves to see their favorite teachers and school representatives working for them. And, where there are students, there are parents who will come out to lend their support by purchasing a meal and getting to know their children's teachers on a new level.
